Project (TCP) into a financially sustainable pilot, for replication by franchise, with the assistance of an experienced team of directors who have built the project over 5 years. Key Responsibilities:
Project Management

The Climate Policy Officer is a new role within our Planning Policy team, linked to our strategic Sustainability team, and is designed to support development of climate-friendly planning policy and guidance, with an emphasis on the built environment such as: zero carbon new build; energy efficiency retrofitting and renewable energy. The role will also involve policy advice to other built environment services.

This role offers the opportunity for blended working and the post-holder will be expected to spend part of their week working from home. Office time will be mainly spent in our award-winning, modern Civic Centre in Keynsham, halfway between Bath and Bristol, easily accessible on public transport, with a train station 5 minutes’ walk away.

The Renewal Vision Policy & Partnership Officer is a new role that will be critical to the next stage of the Renewal Vision Programme with responsibility for: widening stakeholder engagement and relationship building; supporting partnership working and developing partnership mechanisms; enabling action planning; enabling policy development and alignment across key services; monitoring and reporting on Renewal Vision Programme activity and performance.

The Digital Communications & Community Engagement Officer will play a vital role in the delivery of our wide-ranging community engagement and communications programme, a key part of our climate and ecological emergency action plans.
You will be working with and reaching out to all parts of our community, including the very active and dynamic groups in the city of Bath and across North East Somerset, as well as harder to reach and more vulnerable parts of the community, ensuring high quality and effective communication and engagement across all media, particularly digital.
