We are supporting the government's £2 billion kickstart employment scheme. Launched in September 2020, the scheme offers valuable employment opportunities to the UK's young people, something that we have always actively supported.

How to apply

To apply for a Kickstart vacancy you must be aged 16 to 24 years of age and not in education, training or employment. Kickstart team members will have the opportunity to receive training through Weston College and will be supported by the Future Leap team.

You must apply through your local job centre who will match your CV to kickstart vacancies. You can let them know if you are interested in a particular role.
