About You

We’re looking for a curious, collaborative, self-starter- someone who’s ready to dig in and build solutions to both simple and complex problems. As our first Sales Operations hire, you will have the opportunity to shape our rapidly growing sales and partnerships functions: managing, designing, and scaling the processes and tools that our go-to-market teams use to accelerate Ecologi’s mission.

You will be joining the Commercial team, working directly with our Head of Sales, as a high-impact contributor, leading both strategic and operational initiatives from ideation to analytics to execution, driving impact across the entire organisation.

The day-to-day

  • Support your commercial colleagues with sales processes, workflows, and insights to enable them to execute on our highest-priority initiatives

  • Develop a deep understanding of our sales process to refine and improve our systems and tools (currently using Hubspot, Gong and others, always looking to iterate forward)

  • Triage and troubleshoot operational issues for our sales and partnerships teams, and continually optimise our systems and processes for scale

  • Collaborate with Finance and leadership to develop KPI reporting frameworks, forecast models, incentive structures, and performance management insights

  • Analyse GTM data and operational performance to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement

  • Incubate, scope, and deliver on new programs to improve sales productivity, efficiency, and enablement

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years professional experience in Sales Operations, preferably at a high-growth technology company

  • Exceptional ability to translate strategic business objectives into sales system requirements; experience managing Sales Ops projects end-to-end from scoping and requirements documentation to testing and deployment

  • Extensive experience with Hubspot processes, features, and reporting

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to structure complex problems and develop solutions

  • Experience working cross-functionally with and supporting stakeholders at all levels of Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, and/or Customer Success

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple projects at once
