Job Title: Renewable Energy Customer Advisor

 

Location: Bristol – Office Based, Warmely

 

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience – range circa £21K - £25K

Gregor Heating have been established for over 30 years and have embarked on the Renewable journey for over 12 years. Renewable Energy has been part of our company name for that time, and we pride ourselves on being the most reliable, knowledgeable, and ethical business when it comes to Renewable Energy. We have installed hundreds of heat pumps, solar thermal, solar PV, and battery systems for our customers around Bristol, Bath and through-out the South West. And we don’t plan on slowing down. We are absolutely passionate about it, and we are now looking for to take that next step and grow the team to help us, help our customers, to help our planet achieve these goals set by government and protect our planet for the generations that come after us.

 

As a Renewable Energy Customer Advisor, you will be at the epicentre of our operations. Dealing with customer enquiries, projects, engineers, manufacturers, and all of the key stake holders in the business to ensure that the team can operate efficiently. You must be organised and able to think quickly and support our Renewable Manager in making decisions that will add value to the work we do. You must have a passion for going green as well as helping customers make the best and most informed decisions when it comes to going green. You will be organised and ensure that our engineers on site have all the equipment and plant they need to complete the project. You will be affluent in using data bases and customer relationship management tools to track projects and pipelines.

 

Below are some of the key skills:

 

Taking full responsibility and ownership for the service delivery of various Contracts by scheduling planned works, including but not limited to:

•          Liaising with clients by making Phone calls and issuing of appointment letters for surveys

•          Logging jobs accurately on CRM including sending text messages

•          Issuing and co-ordinating relevant documentation in line with company processes to mobilise planned works and ensure adherence to company/industry compliance standards

•          Submitting monthly valuations / costings for contracts and individual clients including setting up of finance applications and taking deposits / stage payments

•          Uploading and updating information on various company databases/ applications such as Sharepoint

 

CRM

 

•               Updating CRM records as required to ensure they are accurate and well maintained

•               Running reports and taking ownership of dashboards

 

Other General duties:

 

•          Escalate compliments and complaints process in line with company procedure

•          Any other duties reasonably requested to cover business processes
