Bristol Energy Cooperative (BEC) has been developing community energy projects since 2011, promoting local sustainability and economic inclusion. It’s a social enterprise which aspires to significantly contribute to the Zero Carbon transition in ways which bring tangible local community benefit.

BEC is seeking an experienced Communications Manager committed to making a positive environmental and social impact. The role will suit someone looking to play a decisive and hands-on role within a small and nimble community business.

Knowledge of the community energy and renewable energy sectors is not essential but previous involvement in fundraising or investment will be useful. It’s preferred that the successful candidate is based in the Bristol area.
