Hours: Part-time (0.4FTE) equivalent to 2 days a week
Salary: £21,000pa (pro rata)
Location: Currently based at Thriving Places, Canningford House, 38 Victoria St, Avon, Bristol BS1 6BY. Relocating to Brunswick Court Brunswick Square, St Pauls, Bristol BS2 8PE, in July.
Bristol Energy Network or BEN is an umbrella organisation for all community energy groups in Bristol and the surrounding area. The network supports groups and individuals to share ideas, information and resources. We facilitate closer cooperation and collaboration on projects between community groups, and work with the local authorities to engender support for sustainable energy to help Bristol reach its goal of being climate neutral by 2030.
We are currently looking for a coordinator to help support our members, ensure the network runs smoothly and most importantly keep everybody in contact and up to date. So, if you pride yourself on being organised and organising others, a great communicator, and passionate about supporting communities to help themselves - this could be the job for you!
