Take part in Possible's citizen science project in July

Community campaigning starts with listening - so that’s what we’re doing. We’re starting a citizen science project in which our Car Free Cities campaigners and local volunteers go to streets where through-traffic has been blocked for some years, and find out what people who live there think of these historic (pre-2015) traffic filters.

This research will: Equip us with an evidence-based understanding of how communities feel about low traffic neighbourhoods - helping build awareness and trust about how road use can change.

Raise any concerns communities have about low traffic neighbourhoods and their implementation - enabling us to develop solutions and strategies for reducing car use that work for communities Give a voice to affected communities - avoiding conflict or alienation from climate action.

We want to build our movement on grassroots engagement, and that means we need your help!
