After spending most of their professional careers innovating with chocolate for well-known brands, Damien André and Joël Manuvelpillai have co-founded Goüter – a premium British chocolate start-up based in Bristol.
They aim to change the agenda around waste in the UK food industry, using their chocolate know-how to embrace waste and make something delicious. They think it’s time to do things differently. They combine surplus local bread and the highest quality nuts to make delicious chocolate clusters, all wrapped-up in 100% compostable paper packaging.
