Sarah Prichard appointed chair of Net Zero Taskforce
Buro Happold UK MD Sarah Prichard (based in Bath) will be chairing the Net Zero Taskforce which brings together experts and leaders from the The Association for Consultancy and Engineering (ACE) and Environmental Industries Commission (EIC).
Aligning with UK government policy, the Taskforce will analyse how we can redesign infrastructure to enable us to reach net zero by 2050.
The Taskforce’s initial activity will culminate in two reports, launching at the 2020 United Nations Climate Charge Conference (COP26). The first report will demonstrate the role business members need to play in order to meet net zero targets. The second will help SMEs adapt to this new working environment.
