About the role
This is an exciting role for an experienced manager who shares our passion for youth-led solutions to the climate and environmental crisis. The Programme Manager will work closely with the Head of Programmes to lead and expand our core programmes in South West England and Wales, grow and mentor a regional delivery team and support with other emerging areas of our work. They will act as an educator, role model and mentor to young people, whilst demonstrating strong, visible and inspiring leadership within the organisation.
