Partnership Coordinator, City to Sea

Location: Bristol or London (Will consider home-based for an exceptional candidate with a minimum 1 day per month in Bristol required).
Probationary Period: 3 months

Holiday: 36 days per annum pro rata, to include bank holidays

We're a not-for-profit organisation campaigning to stop plastic pollution at source. Purpose: You will be responsible for managing City to Sea’s headline partner, Water UK and the water companies in England, ensuring contractual rights associated with the partnerships are achieved, whilst also supporting our partners with their strategic goals and objectives. You will assist with partner strategy and activation planning, to bring the partnership to life, and generate positive return on investment for our partner. You will also grow the value of the partnership by introducing new business opportunities.

About you
We are looking for a motivated and organised team player who will take responsibility for the day to day management of the (National) Water UK partnership, and the (Regional) partnerships with the individual water companies in England.
Main Responsibilities:
Account Management of Water UK and the water companies in England acting as the key point of contact, delivering against agreed governance and objectives, maintaining excellent partner communications and building lasting relationships delivering cash, comms and change
Organise regular meetings and calls with the partners to foster relationships and ensure strong co-operation between stakeholders and working groups. Attend events related to the partnership
Work closely with the Head of Partnerships to ensure contract compliance and client satisfaction
Scope for growth from the partnership and work with the Head of Partnerships to make approaches on behalf of City to Sea
Take the lead in reporting the impact of the Refill campaign to the partners, on the progress towards targets agreed in the partnership contract, on the impact of consultancy on the partners single-use plastic footprint and on the reach of partner marcomms supporting Refill (Cash, Comms, Change)
Contribute to the Partnerships Strategy and assist with the activation and reporting
Track income and expenditure on partner budgets, reporting against target and contributing figures for forecasting
Identify and share best practice within the Partnership Management team
Maintain expert knowledge of market and competitor activity to maximise benefits
Work in collaboration with internal stakeholders to manage cross organisational delivery of integrated partnerships including marketing campaigns
Work internally with the City to Sea Marketing & Communications function to enhance partner and City to Sea communications internally and externally
Represent partnerships at external events and working groups
Supported by the Head of Partnerships plan best allocation of resources to deliver the biggest impact for clients
Be familiar with and always adhere to all relevant City to Sea policies and procedures
Any other duties as reasonably required in line with the skills, knowledge and experience
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following qualities:

Previous track record in a similar account handling or partnerships management role
Be able to build trust with our partners
Skilled communicator and collaborator able to and engage multiple stakeholders
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Project management experience, ability to work to deadline

Ability to manage and prioritise own workload
