The Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) is an exciting opportunity to put your voice at the centre of the change to support your future growth needs in recruitment, development and training.  Over the next four years, the government is investing millions of pounds into development and training provision. As part of the West of England Plus LSIP, we want to hear from key players in the social care sector on where this money should be invested and how training and education should be delivered, in this instance in relation to decarbonisation. 

The focus group will take place online and will be recorded. Your answers will be passed on anonymously as part of the initiative to help organisations like you flourish in the region.
