Join Bristol Green Capital Partnership's Intention to Action Clinic focused on employee engagement, to hear examples of different approaches and share ideas and tackle challenges with other organisations.

The Partnership’s second Intention to Action Clinic as part of the Climate Action Programme will offer organisations the chance to generate ideas for engaging employees around climate and explore challenges together. We'll also hear from Jake Reynolds from The Behavioural Insights Team, and share some real-life examples of approaches to engaging staff.

The format of the workshop will allow participants to explore this topic in depth in small groups, and as a result it has limited capacity. We will be prioritising organisations that have current employee engagement challenges or ambitions.
